• 6/2007: get married
• 8/2009: throw out the condoms
• 12/2009: pregnancy #1 (cycle 5)
• 2/2010: D&C, miscarriage #1 (blighted ovum)
• 4/2010: throw out the condoms, take two
• Fall 2010: infertility testing
• 1/2011: laparoscopy and removal of stage II endometriosis
• 3/2011: throw out the condoms, take three
• 7/2011: first treatment cycle (letrozole) results in pregnancy #2
• 9/2011: D&C, miscarriage #2 (fetal pole present this time; no heartbeat)
• 12/2011:  septum, polyp, and scar tissue removed
• 3/2012:  more scar tissue removed, septum trimmed back, balloon from hell placed
• currently:  dealing with months upon months of abdominal pain; holding off on TTC
